3. What is the payment term and payment methods?
Accept payment by PayPal, West Union, Telegraph Transfer(Wire Transfer) and Alibaba Trade Assurance.

4. How long do you need for production? Or what's your production lead time?
Ususally could be sent our in 2-3 days if in stock.Customized item usually need 14-25days to produce.

5. How to ship the products?

6. How much for shipping fee?
The Shipping fee would be different depending on weight or volume of the package.

8.What's your return policy?

a.Quality problems: If the product is not the same as our description or broken in transit, please take clearly photos in 7 days after you received and send the photos to us. We will provide you refund or replacement after we confirm.

b.Any other reasons: For any reasons you don't like the products, please contact us in 15 days after you received the orders, please make sure the products are in original condition and undertake the shipping cost by yourself. We will provide whole refund or replacement after we receive the returned products.
