All orders are processed within 1week. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
USA & UK:
Shipping is free for the US and Canada. For Orders $100.00 USD and over.

Canada and Bahamas:
Customers will pay $14.99 USD shipping charges for Canada and Bahamas.

Jamaica:
Customers will pay $49.99 USD shipping charges for Jamaica.

Shipping Time:
Shipping generally takes 2-3 Weeks to arrive at your doorstep.
Notladylike.net ships only in UK, US, Canada, Bahamas and Jamaica.
Shipping times are a guideline only. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use that to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2-3 Weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Notladylikellc@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into the matter asap.
