Why, Not Lady Like?

For far too long society has had a chokehold on what a woman should look like, how they should act, what jobs they can and can't do,what to eat, how to dress and the list goes on. I was never one to have others dictate what I do in my life. The first time I heard the phrase it hurted. I couldn't be more than 6 years old at the time. I sat with it and broke down. What did it meant to me and how I would let I it define me.

I knew I wasn't a bad person and it was okay to be different. Everyone's circumstances are different and our struggles makes us who we are. We can't all be the exact same. So what I like sports and laugh out loud and snort sometimes. So what I wear what I want depending on how I feel. It a way of expressing myself. That should not take away from my femininity.

So I have decided to go after all my dreams Not Lady Like LLC will be inclusive and not exclusive. Keep an eye out, not just in clothing but in other thing. This is just the beginning.
